Childbirth Education

Everyone benefits when a birthing person and their primary support person(s) are educated on pregnancy and birth and feel empowered to make their own healthcare decisions.

I provide semi-private and private childbirth education sessions to help you and your partner feel educated and empowered through pregnancy and birth, and help you prepare for the fourth trimester after baby’s arrival.

Our session(s) are tailored to meet your needs and interests, but may include:

• What to Expect in Hospital, Birthing Center and Home Birth Settings
• Types of Interventions Including Cesarean Delivery
• Postpartum Education
